SCOTT BREWSTER
DIRECTOR / NATIONAL PROJECT MANAGER
With over 27 years in the flooring industry - the past 5 as Director of C4 National Flooring, Scott brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every project.
Scott’s specialty is working with clients who require occupied building carpet replacement services as well as management of buildings on a national scale. Along with experience and skill in installation, project management and 2 years with carpet manufacturing.
Amongst his many qualifications, Scott holds:
- Cert 4 Floorcovering and Finishing
- Certified Wool Safe Inspector
- Certified Flood Restoration and Mould Remediation and Identification
- Certified in Asbestos Management and Identification
- Completed Green Council course
Some of the major projects Scott and his team have worked on include full replacement of carpet to DIAC and Customs building in Canberra. As well as managing the National Flooring Program for 4 years at one of Australia’s leading banks and full replacement of occupied carpet replacement to 800 Bourke St.
BRAD FOLETTA
NATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Brad brings to the C4 National Flooring Services team, over 20 years of trade experience as a carpet installer and most recently – 6 years in project management. He holds qualifications Cert 4 Floor Finishing and Covering.
Brad manages major clients such as National Gallery of Victoria, some of Melbourne’s most respected universities, as well as numerous councils. He also manages the installation for a great many national builders.
Brad also brings a highly sought after expertise in the delivery of gym flooring solutions to our team as well as delivering some of the more complex flooring projects.
Some of the larger projects Brad has been involved with, include the Prime Minister and Cabinet Building in Canberra and installation of artificial grass on the Pier at Melbourne Sea Baths.
The Melbourne Sea Baths brought it's own set of challenges in terms of sourcing the best products capable of withstanding the harsh weather. Brad called on his numerous industry contacts to work with to deliver the best solution for this site. As a result the installation was a great success and more areas are scheduled to be installed in the near future
But it’s not just local projects, Brad was engaged by a leading manufacturer to project manage the replacement of carpet to a fully occupied building in China.
